Training & Education Committee

Purpose

To aid the metalforming industry in identifying and meeting continuing requirements for training and education of personnel of all types.

Scope

  • To help members undertake appropriate in-plant training activities by developing and/or promoting training programs.

  • To develop and provide training aids, workbooks, screening and testing procedures for all levels of employees at member companies.

  • To serve as subject matter experts in support of PMA Educational Foundation activities.

December (in Cleveland - judging of A.R Hedburg Training & Education Award and Clips & Clamps Educational Institution Award), March (at location of METALFORM - Chicago in odd number years, Louisville in 2004, Nashville in 2006 -- hosting Student Day), September (location may vary -- in conjunction with Training Managers Roundtable).
