Program Ideas - Mid Management Level

Management Techniques: Managing, Motivating, and Investing Employees- A program on management techniques offers those in management positions to gain a better understanding of methods by which they can enhance their skills as a leader and motivator. This workshop is intended to provide managers with ideas regarding how best they can strive to ensure that their employees feel invested in the success and well being of the company.

Sales and Marketing Approaches and Strategies- In order to ensure the success of a company, sales and marketing strategies are often employed to increase the company’s profits and name recognition. There are many methods by which marketing and sales strategies can be utilized and this program would describe some strategies and could also provide attendees of the program with an opportunity to share their own experiences with marketing and sales strategies.

Human Resource Issues and Panel Discussion- Human resources are a large component of a company’s maintenance. In this interactive panel forum, specialists, and practitioners in the field of human resources will be discussing current trends in the field and methods by which the provision of benefits and compensation can be improved and made more efficient. Participants in this forum will be provided with the opportunity to raise important issues in the field of human resources and the panel will be prepared to answer any relevant questions and concerns.

Professional/Skills Development- The development of one’s skills as a manager and as a professional mentor is pivotal to the success of a company. It is imperative that managers continuously work to improve their skills as a manager and communicator. This workshop will explore techniques by which a manager can hone his/her management skills and new ideas to improve internal and external communication and motivation techniques.

The Introduction and Importance of Technology in the Workplace- Technology integration into the workplace is a must today with the growing prevalence of E-commerce and online communication. This workshop would be an excellent forum in which the history and future of technology is explored as well as a discussion of methods by which technology can be introduced into the workplace.

ISO/QS- ISO/QS are a series of internationally accepted standards that ensure a quality management system in your workplace. This overview of ISO/QS will introduce attendees to the components of ISO/QS that control and optimize quality and will discuss the steps through which a company must go through to obtain registration.
