SET-UP TECHNICIAN
(Hourly Wage)
  • Setup machine, tooling and material for production
  • Verify part prints and specifications
  • May operate machine
  • Trouble shoot and correct process problems
Level Three
QUALITY ASSURANCE
(Hourly/Salaried)
  • Performs quality checks on incoming and finished parts and materials
  • Assess vendor/supplier quality and reliability

SUPERVISOR (Salaried)

  • Coordinate production schedules
  • Manage operators, work areas, equipment and materials to assure maximum production

MACHINE MAINTENANCE (Hourly)

  • Perform electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic and mechanical repairs
  • Provide preventive and predictive maintenance on machines
  • Install new equipment or accessories (update machines)

TOOL & DIE MAKER (Hourly)

  • Build manufacturing tools and dies
  • Maintain manufacturing tooling
  • Install and set up new dies

TOOL DESIGNER (Hourly)

  • Design new tools using CAD systems
  • Troubleshoot tool and design problems
  • Design and install tool protection systems

COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNICIAN (Salaried)

  • Maintain computer network connecting machines, quality and production scheduling
  • Evaluate and install new systems

ENGINEERING & RESEARCH (Salaried)

  • Design dies for production
