Guest Room Reservation Information
To secure your room reservation, please call reservations at 800-445-8667. Ask for the PMA room block to receive the SPECIAL rates of $243.00 for single/double; $268 for triple; or $293 for quad occupancies, plus 15.4% percent occupancy tax. Based on availability, these rates will be offered 3 days before November 11 and 4 days after November 13.
The following cost can be posted to your room charge when you check-in:

- Health Club requires a daily charge of $20.00
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Valet parking is available at the Palmer House at $61 per vehicle, per night. Self-parking with in/out privileges is also available at $38 per vehicle, per night. If you need driving directions, please contact Mary at mramsier@pma.org.
Reservation Cutoff Date
The reservation cutoff date is Friday, October 28, 2011 for guest room accommodations at the guaranteed group rate. Please visit PMA 2011 Annual Meeting of Members and Fall BOD Meeting reservation site! The group code is PMA. Any group reservations received after the reservation cutoff date will be handled on a space available basis. If possible, the group rate will be honored.
Deposit/Cancellation
One night room and tax are required to secure your guest room. If you need to cancel, this refundable up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact the hotel at 312-726-7500 and ask for reservations.
Getting to the Palmer House Hilton
Local Airports
Chicago-O'Hare International Airport is 18 miles with a drive time of approximately 35-60 minutes. Cab Fares are $40-$45. Public transportation is easy from O’Hare. Take the Blue Line train to Monroe/Dearborn stop. Take Monroe east to the hotel. The Palmer House is on the south side of the street.
Chicago Midway Airport is 12 miles with a drive time of approximately 30-45 minutes. Cab Fares are $30 - $35. Public transportation is really easy. Take the Orange Line to downtown. Get off at the Adams/Wabash stop. The Palmer House is located on the west side of Wabash Avenue.
