Training & Education Committee

Purpose

To aid the metalforming industry in identifying and meeting continuing requirements for training and education of personnel of all types.

Scope

To help members undertake appropriate in-plant training activities by developing and/or promoting training programs.
To develop and provide training aids, workbooks, screening and testing procedures for all levels of employees at member companies.
To serve as subject matter experts in support of PMA Educational Foundation activities.

December (in Cleveland - judging of A.R Hedburg Training & Education Award and Clips & Clamps Educational Institution Award), March (at location of METALFORM - Chicago in odd number years, Louisville in 2004, Nashville in 2006 -- hosting Student Day), September (location may vary -- in conjunction with Training Managers Roundtable).
