Volunteers are at the heart of PMA’s work—providing exceptional experiences and essential tools to our vibrant community. We need your skills, passion and perspectives to build a vibrant corps of volunteer leaders throughout our standing committees, districts and special and project committees in 2011-2012. Benefit from networking, professional development, training and leadership this year as you support your industry and company.

How to Get Involved

Lead Locally

PMA’s 17 districts provide their communities access to great industry programs, plant tours, social outings and networking opportunities without prohibitive travel. The district volunteer boards are able to provide a wealth of knowledge, industry exposure and leadership development to their PMA member officers and member companies.

Expand Expertise

PMA provides the opportunity to become active on one or more of PMA’s standing committees. Standing committees are open to any person employed by a PMA member company and time commitments vary depending on committee activities. Only one company representative per committee is permitted. However, company participation in multiple committees is highly encouraged.

Showcase your Expertise

Are you highly experienced or educated in a particular facet of the metalforming industry?  If so, share your knowledge by serving as a featured speaker at a PMA meeting or event.  Join other experts within your trade to educate PMA manufacturing members during this year’s district meeting season.
