What is PMA?

PMA is the full-service trade association representing the $113-billion metalforming   industry of North America―the industry that creates precision metal products using stamping, fabricating and other value-added processes. Its nearly 1,100 member companies include metal stampers, fabricators, spinners, slide formers and roll formers as well as suppliers of equipment, materials and services to the industry. Members are  located in 30 countries, with the majority found in North America―in 41 states of the United States as well as Canada and Mexico.

Is PMA membership an individual or company membership?

PMA membership is a company membership per location. This means that all staff at the member company’s location also are PMA members.

Who can participate in PMA's programs/events?

Any person at a member company can participate in programs, PMA services or attend any PMA event and are eligible to receive member pricing.

How much does it cost for a company to be a member?

Dues investments are based on the total dollar value of your metalforming sales. Dues amounts can be found on the enrollment forms.

We have several plant locations. How much would membership dues be for them?

Once one location joins at regular membership dues, annual dues for additional plant locations are $990 each within the United States. Prices vary for additional plant locations in Canada and Mexico; refer to those enrollment forms for pricing.
