Instructor - Tom Ault, Director, Technical Training & Senior Trainer, ERC
Tom’s areas of focus are leadership and supervisory development, leading change, communication, talent management, organizational and employee development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, retreat facilitation, financial acumen, employee engagement and strategic planning.

Tom has a diverse professional background that includes 30-plus years of business experience in a manufacturing and services organization where he served in leadership roles in organizational development, business improvement and finance. Tom also has provided training and leadership development, operational improvements and consulting across the globe in 17 different countries.

Tom has an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Baldwin-Wallace College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at West Liberty State College. His professional experience includes the Motorola Six Sigma Green Belt program, the Indiana University Leadership Diebold program and the Case Weatherhead Diebold Sales Leadership program. Tom’s certifications include Master Trainer, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), The Leadership Circle Profile™360, DiSC®, TRACOM’s PRO Social Style® and Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency™, Paradigm Learning Zodiak® and Sterling Institute curriculum.
