Seminar Highlights: 
Resistance welding looks so simple that it rarely gets the attention it deserves, until problems arise. Many engineers are not aware that numerous variables are at work during each resistance weld, and a change in just one of them can cause weak welds and quality issues. 

Often a basic understanding of the process can help avoid expensive quality problems.

To help take some of the mystery out of the resistance welding process, T.J. Snow Co. will be presenting a condensed version of its popular Resistance Welding Seminar.

Topics covered will include:

• Pneumatic Systems
• Welding Transformer Operation
• Weld Control Operation
• Basic Welder Setup
• Question & Answer Period

Expect a 1 ½ to 2-hour fast-paced, professional presentation, explaining the main resistance welding process variables of pressure (forging force), current and time.
