Ken Julien, Jon Wood and Kevin Louden, Plante Moran, Chicago, IL,  audit professionals specializing in manufacturing, cost accounting, cost modeling, activity-based costing and related projection preparation. Presentation discusses implementing job cost systems and flexible budgeting models to help clients calculate variations in manufacturing volume. They also will cover productivity performance standards and activity-based costing systems to help clients better allocate the cost of nonvalue-added activities (design, engineering, material handling, quality control, etc.)
