Join the PMA Twin Cities District for a plant tour of Crystal Finishing Systems River Falls facility. Crystal Finishing started in 1993 with three employees and has grown to over 800 employees and three locations with annual sales exceeding $150 million. The ISO Certified Crystal Finishing-River Falls facility has recently undergone an expansion to 70,000 square feet and has added two new PLC controlled state-of-the-art automated paint lines and a wash system that is the envy of the industry. Crystal Finishing strives for serving their customers with consistent high quality painting, with the ability to react quickly to their customer needs while staying price competitive. We operate in three state-of-the-art facilities located in Weston, Mosinee, and River Falls, WI.
The ISO Certified River Falls facility has recently undergone an expansion to 70,000 square feet and added two new automated paint lines which are supported by an automated 9-stage SS cleaning and pretreatment system. The powder line handles parts up to a 24’ in length and is supported by a Gema automated quick color change reclaim system which features PLC control, automatic gun application, part detection, gun motion, automated triggering and reinforced with Mil reading equipment of uncured powder. The liquid line handles parts up to 16.5’ in length and is supported with 4 manual recirculating SS spray booths which utilize Graco manual air spray, air assisted airless and electrostatic application equipment being supplied by pressure pots or automated Graco proportioning equipment.
