Peterson Manufacturing, LLC is an ISO REGISTERED, automated, high volume parts manufacturer of precision deep drawn metal stampings to many Fortune 500 companies. We are based in the U.S., and have built customer relationships for over 60 years by providing high quality component parts, superior service, and just-in-time delivery at competitive prices.
Our plant utilizes a complete range of modern, high-speed automatic transfer presses. We can draw parts up to 3” in length with extreme accuracy in brass, copper, low carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel and other metals to produce small parts for gauges, sensors and controls, valves, plumbing accessories, hose assemblies, locks, water sprinklers, hand tools, and more.
Our conversion services have been able to save customers hundreds of thousands of dollars a year by improving the fit and quality of their existing parts, significantly reducing the cost per each part, and saving them countless hours by removing the need for time-consuming manual processes.
Our quality control engineers use the latest scientific equipment to assist us in supporting our customers.
