Hynes has more than 270,000 square feet, and maintains a domestic steel inventory that exceeds 36 million pounds.
American Roll Form Acquisition
On August 18, 2015, Hynes Industries acquired American Roll Form Products (ARF). As a result of the acquisition, Hynes Industries now holds manufacturing operations in four locations: Painesville, Ohio and Las Vegas, Nevada, to join our Youngstown, Ohio, and Kokomo, Indiana locations.
