Phil Gibbs, director and senior research analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, will provide a 45-minute overview of the U.S. carbon steel supply/demand landscape through 2022, including pricing expectations and other key macro considerations.

Philip Gibbs is a director, equity research analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Since May 2006, his research focuses on the metals & mining and aerospace industries. Prior to becoming a senior research analyst in 2013, Gibbs worked as a research associate on KBCM’s metals & mining team.
Gibbs earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, OH. He holds the Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 industry licenses, and is a CFA Level III candidate. In its June 2019 Analyst Awards, Thomson Reuters recognized Gibbs as the #1 earnings estimator in the metals & mining sector. He also has been quoted in a myriad of media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, The NY Times, CNN Business, Platts Steel Business Briefing, and AMM Fastmarkets.
