Join the PMA Twin Cities District for a webinar on employment law. This presentation will provide information regarding employment investigations, documentation and employee discipline. The training includes when an employment investigation should be conducted along with practice tips for conducting an investigation, how to properly document employee misconduct and poor performance, and how to establish appropriate levels of employee discipline. Those attending will have an opportunity to apply what has been learned by reviewing and taking action upon various fact situations involving employee misconduct and poor performance.
SPEAKER
Jim Martin of Martin Law Firm PLLC represents both private and public sector clients in a variety of employment and labor law matters by providing strong advocacy and legal advice as well as drafting policies and employee handbooks and providing training on the full range of employment and labor topics. Jim also has extensive experience conducting independent investigations of employee misconduct.
