EVENT DETAILS

Registration is closed.

PMA's West Michigan District is excited to bring its 17th Annual Executive Roundtable to West Michigan on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. This annual event brings together dozens of company executives who operate in the metalforming industry for a morning of networking, idea sharing, discussions and brainstorming on the business topics most pressing to metalformers.

Our venue this year will offer plenty of space to socially distance and will provide other safety measures as we continue to navigate the COVID pandemic.

The keynote presentations will include updates from Washington, D.C., as well as from PMA and the West Michigan District as we look toward 2022. Our session kicks off with a political update from John Guzik, founding partner of The Franklin Partnership, who works closely with PMA and member companies to analyze, develop and execute legislative strategies in Washington, D.C.  There is no shortage of actions taking place in Washington that will impact manufacturers! David Klotz, PMA’s president, then will share how PMA is assisting its member companies toward superior competitiveness and profitability. Jeff Umlor, director of engineering at Walker Tool & Die and PMA West Michigan District board chair, will share what the district is doing and how you can participate. Finally, an expert from PMA member Mill Steel will share the latest insights on the state of the steel market.

The second half of our time together offers a perfect opportunity to discuss these and other related topics affecting metalformers. Past session topics have included organizational structure, expansion and growth, data analytics advancements, cyber security, technology advancements, international matters, workforce training and development, to name a few.  Please come with your thoughts and ideas to share.

Benefits to those who attend include:

  • Exchanging views, experiences and ideas with peer industry leaders
  • Discussions on the key business conditions and environments surrounding the metalforming industry
  • Networking and establishing valuable relationships with local West Michigan metalformers
  • Learning more about the positive impact that PMA is having on the metalforming industry

We are confident that you will find this timely event to be informative and encourage you to attend.
