Salvador is the general manager for Pridgeon and Clay Mexico. Salvador is a highly organized and detailed-oriented supply planner with more than 10 years of experience improving supply-chain operations efficiency through data gathering and analysis to meet customers’ demands. Salvador is focused on identifying and solving problems with effective leadership skills and decision making.
Salvador decided to join the board because he believes that PMA is a great organization that provides support for the metal stamping industry, and he wanted to have the opportunity to share his experience to support the Mexico District. What makes him most excited about joining the board is the opportunity to be a part of the great initiative in Mexico.
Salvador’s goals for this position are to create a strong Mexico District and promote it with his peers. Over the next 90 days, Salvador will work to gain an understanding of the expectations of the district and help develop plans with the other board members to create programming to help PMA members in Mexico. Salvador’s favorite thing about PMA is sharing best practices and learning from others.
