Items will be shipped as soon as possible. We will determine the most efficient shipping method for your order.For orders shipped within the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. International customers please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Credit cards will only be charged when the items are shipped. Product returns will be accepted within thirty (30) days from the ship date as long as the product is in new condition. All refunds will be provided by the same payment method used at the time of purchase within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
For event registrations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Registration fees are nonrefundable for cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome at any time. All refunds will be provided by the same payment method used at the time of purchase within seven (7) business days of receiving the cancellation request. PMA reserves the right to amend the program should circumstances warrant such action. In the event of event cancellation, PMA will notify you within seven (7) days of the event date, and will refund registration fees only.
