The 10th-annual recognition program will highlight those who excel in sheet metal forming and fabricating

CLEVELAND, OH—July 28, 2025—MetalForming magazine, in conjunction with the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) and the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM), is seeking nominations for its 10th Annual Women of Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabricating Awards, to run as a special section in the December 2025 issue of MetalForming

This program represents an opportunity to recognize women in leadership positions or on the shop floor, those who represent dedication to their company and the industry, and demonstrate excellence in meeting their workplace responsibilities. The special December-issue coverage, along with a companion section on MetalForming’s website, will feature and honor those selected as a means to recognize and promote the importance of women working in sheet metal forming and fabrication, and is open to manufacturers as well as suppliers to these industries.

“Recognition such as this illustrates that manufacturing is a viable career path for women, who perform crucial roles in helping the manufacturing community maintain a stellar workforce,” says Brad Kuvin, MetalForming editorial director. “To date, we’ve recognized and honored more than 400 women, and we look forward to recognizing several more in 2025.”

Details and the nomination form can be found here. The deadline for nominations is September 26.
