Insights, Innovation and Impact: Recapping the 2026 Sales and Marketing Roundtable

PMA’s sold-out 2026 Sales & Marketing Roundtable took place in Cleveland on April 28 29, bringing together industry professionals for two days of insight, collaboration and fresh ideas shaping the future of sales and marketing strategies in manufacturing.

Attendees heard presentations from Andy Melang and Angela Ferdinardo, who delivered practical frameworks for strengthening outreach, sharpening value propositions, building modern marketing engines, and using social media and AI to drive growth. Their real-world examples and actionable tools gave participants new ways to elevate both sales and marketing performance.

Throughout the event, roundtable discussions took center stage, giving professionals space to compare challenges, exchange solutions and dive into the hot-button topics shaping today’s market. The conversations continued off site at a lively Topgolf networking dinner, where sales vs. marketing bragging rights were very much in play.

A highlight of this year’s program was the debut of AI Show & Tell, an interactive session where attendees demonstrated how they’re using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Descript and Gemini to streamline content creation, improve customer engagement and automate everyday workflows. The segment sparked new ideas and showcased just how quickly AI is becoming a practical advantage for commercial teams.
