Since joining PMA in 2024, Fastfeed Corporation’s (Cleveland Vibrator Group) Vice President of Sales, Mike Stratis, has quickly discovered the benefits of being part of a strong, connected industry community. Mike describes his company by saying, “We make stuff that shakes stuff. We’re making components that help with automation cells, typically for welding, but anywhere where robotic assembly is involved and that’s pretty big for the PMA group that we network with.”
Serving as the supplier event chair for the PMA Cleveland District, Mike has had the chance to engage with peers in ways that create real value for both his company and his own professional growth.
Mike says, “Every PMA interaction that our company is involved with something good happens next, and quickly.” He has found events like FABTECH to be particularly helpful and is exploring programs such as METALFORM EDU and the Management Development Academy to train and retain employees.
Networking within the Cleveland District also has led to great partnerships for Fastfeed, whether in sourcing, training or sharing helpful tips. For Fastfeed, PMA is much more than a membership; it’s a community of people who work together to tackle common challenges, exchange ideas and support each other’s success. It’s a network that brings both personal and company-wide growth opportunities.
Mike’s experience shows just how valuable being part of this community can be, not only for advancing your own career but for helping your business succeed in an industry that is always changing.
