CLEVELAND, OH—May 14, 2014—Women in Manufacturing™ (WiM) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) will co-host an engineering luncheon and panel discussion featuring leading women engineers in the manufacturing industry. The event will take place on June 11, 2014 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at THE BIG M in Detroit, MI.
Co-located at SME’s THE BIG M, the panel features female engineering executives from Honeywell Aerospace, Caterpillar Inc., and Chrysler who will address their advancement within the engineering and manufacturing industry as well as discuss the opportunities and challenges for women in engineering and technology.
Panelists include Elizabeth Bierman, Senior Project Engineer, Honeywell Aerospace; Marietta Cleveland, Quality Center Manager, Warren Truck Assembly Plant, Chrysler; and Stacey DelVecchio, Product Development & Global Technology, Caterpillar Inc. and 2014 SWE President. Allison Grealis, Executive Director, Women in Manufacturing, will serve as the moderator.
