Renee is the business services director at Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, a local workforce development company that helps connect job seekers with employers in Texas.
As a member of the board, Renee hopes to bridge the gap between education and industry, creating stronger career pathways for students while supporting local manufacturers in building the skilled workforce they need to thrive. She looks forward to working with the next generation of manufacturers and helping them explore the exciting, high-demand careers available to them in our industry.
As PMA Lone Star’s workforce development chair, Renee will work to bring workforce knowledge and grant program opportunities to PMA Lone Star’s member companies and expand the reach of the district’s workforce development efforts.
Renee is dedicated to empowering young people to see a future for themselves in the manufacturing industry, allowing the Texas manufacturing industry to grow through talent, innovation and opportunity.
