Kendra Bealer is a dedicated and driven tool and die maker intern at Bihler of America, where she is gaining hands-on experience in precision machining through the B.A.V.T.S. Co-Op Program. Her training encompasses milling, turning, close-tolerance grinding, print reading and technical mathematics—critical skills that are shaping her journey in the manufacturing industry. Kendra aspires to complete the rigorous 8,000-hour apprenticeship program and continue advancing in her field while pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.Her passion for manufacturing was sparked early on while working alongside her father in his garage shop. This interest grew when she attended Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School, where she explored various trades before discovering her enthusiasm for machining. She was captivated by the artistic and technical aspects of metalworking and its profound impact on everyday life.
With a strong foundation in machining, a passion for continuous learning and a clear vision for her future, Kendra is determined to excel in her trade and become a skilled tool and die maker. Her commitment to craftsmanship, education and service makes her a standout in the manufacturing industry.
