CLEVELAND, OH—March 4, 2025—FABTECH announces that the METALFORM pavilion at the FABTECH tradeshow has been renamed the Stamping, Tool & Die, and Press Automation Pavilion.

With this name change, the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), which manages the pavilion, seeks to bring further clarity to PMA’s role within FABTECH as well as the key technologies featured in the pavilion.

“PMA felt that a rebrand of the METALFORM pavilion, to the Stamping, Tool & Die, and Press Automation Pavilion, was necessary,” said Doug Trout, PMA exhibition manager.

Trout added that, “PMA is a full-service trade association and we represent companies performing the entire range of processes you will find at FABTECH. However, our management responsibility within the show focuses specifically on stamping, tool and die, press automation, and related products. We look forward to hosting nearly 2,000 leading-edge exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors at the show this year.”

FABTECH, North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event, takes place twice in 2025—May 6-8 in Monterrey, Mexico, and September 8-11 in Chicago, IL.
