Roman Webb has always been fascinated by how things work from an early age, whether it meant taking apart a pen or fixing the TV. During his sophomore year of high school, a new welding program was introduced and Roman decided to give the class a try. That decision would shape his future. He quickly fell in love with welding—not just the hands-on aspect, but also the science and precision behind it.
What excites Roman most is the range of possibilities within the manufacturing industry. He finds it inspiring that most of the items people use daily are made of metal and rely on complex manufacturing processes. While he does not have one specific job title in mind, he knows with certainty that he wants to build a career in welding engineering. When Roman commits to something, he gives it his all and always sees it through to the best of his ability.Throughout high school, Roman demonstrated this dedication across multiple areas.
