WiM communities are designed to bring together women in their states, allowing them to develop new contacts, participate in local networking events and become an advocate for women in the manufacturing industry—all while simultaneously learning about business development and job opportunities in their communities.

Community chapters should typically meet bimonthly and meetings range in subject matter based on the interests of members. Each community is pioneered and run by a WiM member. Contact Kristin Moore at 216-901-8800 or [email protected] if interested in starting your own WiM community.
