This recognition program will highlight difference-making up-and-comers in the sheet metal forming and fabricating industry.
CLEVELAND, OH—July 22, 2026—MetalForming magazine, in conjunction with the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), seeks nominations for its Rising Stars in Metal Forming and Fabricating recognition program, to run as a special section in the November/December 2026 issue of MetalForming.
Rising Stars represents an opportunity to recognize young employees who demonstrate leadership characteristics and accomplishments that have positioned them for accelerated growth in their company and industry. The special November/December-issue coverage, along with a companion section on MetalForming’s website, will feature and honor those selected as a means to recognize and promote the importance of the next generation of leadership in sheet metal forming and fabrication.
Rising Stars nominees must be employed by either a manufacturing company or a supplier to the sheet metal forming and fabrication industries. Nominee positions should be directly related to manufacturing and production, or in a corporate role related to manufacturing.

The Rising Stars in Metal Forming and Fabricating recognition program continues PMA’s and MetalForming’s tradition of honoring industry achievers while also promoting the industry to younger generations. MetalForming’s Women of Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabricating is a prime example, as 53 Women of Excellence were honored in the 10th annual program this past December. MetalForming plans to resume the Women of Excellence recognition program in 2027, alternating each year with the Rising Stars awards program.
