Throughout all four years of high school, Paolo has maintained Honor Roll status, reflecting his strong work ethic, discipline and commitment to excellence. Successfully balancing academic responsibilities while preparing for a career in the skilled trades has taught him the importance of time management, accountability and personal responsibility. These qualities have prepared him well for the demands of manufacturing environments, where precision and reliability are essential. Paolo takes pride in holding himself to high standards in both academic and hands-on learning settings.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Paolo has gained valuable real-world manufacturing experience through employment in a CNC machine shop. This opportunity provided exposure to precision machining, manufacturing processes, dimensional tolerances, safety procedures and quality control practices. Working alongside experienced professionals strengthened his understanding of the manufacturing industry and reinforced the importance of clear communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
