This month we are highlighting Mike Vohland! Mike celebrated three years with PMA this month! Read on to get to know more about Mike and his role in helping PMA hit 80 years in business.

Mike Vohland, vice president sales/publisher, celebrating three years at PMA in January 2023.
What made you want to work at PMA?
The opportunity to work for an association dedicated to the advancement of metalforming, and manufacturing in general, was very appealing.
How has PMA changed over the years since you started?
I have seen a real commitment between the metalforming association and the publishing group (MetalForming magazine) to work together. The synergies created improve both and that’s a positive for our membership.
First event/meeting that you worked on/attended.
The Stamping and Lubrication Conference in Nashville. It was my second week on the job.
Favorite PMA memory?
Going to Hawaii for the first time in my life to attend the fantastic Forming Our Future event. Then flying home to a pandemic.
What does PMA mean to you?
An association that truly cares about its members and advocacy.
What is your favorite part of your job? What excites you about working at PMA?
Helping to build PMA membership and the MetalForming magazine brand.
What has been your biggest achievement/success while at PMA?
Being a part of increased membership sales and increased sales/market share for MetalForming magazine.
