PMA Mexico Came Together in a Big Way at FABTECH Mexico 2026

Over three days in Mexico City, PMA national staff, Mexico District officers and industry partners worked side-by-side to strengthen relationships, engage manufacturers and continue building momentum for PMA’s growing presence throughout Mexico’s metalforming industry.

The week was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections and strong member engagement:

  • More than 130 productive booth conversations took place with manufacturers, suppliers and industry professionals
  • PMA Mexico officers volunteered all three days, managing booth engagement and outreach
  • District officers personally visited and introduced themselves to exhibitors throughout the METALFORM area
  • Salvador Ramirez, PMA Mexico District Director, presented a 30-minute conference session focused on the value of PMA membership and the district’s long-term growth strategy
  • The PMA Mexico Member Reception exceeded expectations, welcoming nearly 50 attendees for an evening focused on networking, collaboration and community

The event also created an important opportunity for PMA leadership teams across membership, workforce development, publishing and events to align around future opportunities supporting manufacturers in Mexico.

A special birthday celebration was also held during the show for Doug Trout, PMA FABTECH Director of Exhibitions, who celebrated his 65th birthday surrounded by friends, colleagues and members of the PMA Mexico community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make FABTECH Mexico 2026 such a productive and energizing experience. The conversations and relationships built during the week will continue shaping PMA Mexico’s future growth and engagement efforts in the months ahead.
