CHICAGO, IL—March 12, 2025—Top metalforming industry suppliers will showcase their capabilities and present the latest technologies to manufacturers from Chicago and surrounding regions at the annual Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Chicago District Suppliers Expo on April 10, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Taking place at Venuti’s Banquet Hall in Addison, IL, this convenient tabletop tradeshow brings together manufacturers and service providers to metal stamping, fabricating, spinning, slide forming and roll forming companies in the region.
More than 200 suppliers and manufacturers are expected to attend, and registration is open and free for attendees. Exhibit space is still available and interested suppliers can reserve their exhibit table online.
“The Chicago Suppliers Expo is an excellent opportunity for manufacturers to visit with potential suppliers for key areas of their business and stay up to date with new products and solutions,” said Rich Wagy, PMA Chicago District Chair and Operations Manager for Tower Metalworking Fluids in Chicago. “The event also is a great way to network with peers and get more involved in the precision metalforming industry.”
While the exhibits are the main attraction, the event also features appetizers and drinks as well as raffle drawings throughout the afternoon. A special highlight of the 2025 Suppliers Expo will be a recognition ceremony honoring four local individuals seeking careers in the metalforming industry who received scholarships from the PMA Educational Foundation (PMAEF) and Chicago District.
“Manufacturing offers outstanding career opportunities, and the PMA Chicago District is proud to have partnered with PMAEF to reward deserving students with scholarships to help them obtain the essential skills needed for careers in our industry,” said Wagy. “We are excited to recognize our fall 2024 recipients at the Suppliers Expo and look forward to offering additional scholarships in 2025 to help educate the next generation of metalformers.”
Information about PMAEF and district scholarships are available on the PMAEF website. The application deadline for spring 2025 scholarships is March 16, while the fall scholarship cycle will open later this year.
