CLEVELAND, OH—March 5, 2025—More than 100 metalforming industry suppliers will showcase their capabilities and present the latest technologies to manufacturers of metal formed and fabricated parts at the annual Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Cleveland District Suppliers Night. The event will be held on April 24, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., at The Embassy Suites, 5800 Rockside Woods Blvd. N, Independence, OH. Registration is free for attendees and is open now.
The Suppliers Night offers the perfect environment to find local and regional sources and enjoy networking close-to-home, conveniently and affordably. Designed for a range of manufacturing industry personnel including business owners and managers, plant managers, shop foremen, engineers and sales executives, the event attracts manufacturers from northeast Ohio and along the Erie shores, from Toledo to Buffalo.
As PMA’s longest-running district suppliers expo, the annual Cleveland Suppliers Night has become a must-attend event in the metalforming industry. Current and former PMA Cleveland District board members who have contributed to the event’s growth through the years will be recognized during a special ceremony.
“Since the 1980s, the PMA Cleveland Suppliers Night has been providing outstanding opportunities for manufacturers to meet with potential suppliers for key areas of their business and stay up to date with new products and solutions,” said Mike Stratis, VP of Sales for Lodi, OH-based Fastfeed Corporation, and PMA Cleveland District Member-at-Large and Suppliers Night Chair. “During this year’s expo, we look forward to honoring many volunteer leaders who have helped make this premier event such a success.”
Through the years, the district also has been committed to developing next-generation talent through involvement with area schools, robotics competitions and the PMA Educational Foundation (PMAEF) scholarship program. A special highlight of the 2025 Suppliers Night will be a ceremony recognizing four local individuals seeking careers in the metalforming industry who received scholarships from PMAEF and the PMA Cleveland District.
“Manufacturing offers outstanding career opportunities, and the PMA Cleveland District is proud to have partnered with PMAEF to reward deserving students with scholarships to help them obtain the essential skills needed for careers in our industry,” said Ryan Scherler, Purchasing Manager at Freeway Corporation, and PMA Cleveland District Chair. “We are excited to recognize our fall 2024 recipients at the Suppliers Night and look forward to offering additional scholarships in 2025 to help educate the next generation of metalformers.”
Information about PMAEF and district scholarships are available on the PMAEF website. The application deadline for spring 2025 scholarships is March 16, while the fall scholarship cycle will open later this year.
Scherler and the Cleveland District officers encourage everyone to attend the April 24 Suppliers Night, no matter the stage of their career, to connect with the local manufacturing community and learn about the industry’s latest technologies, products and services.
Registration is free for attendees and is open now. For more information on exhibiting or attending, visit the event webpage.
