The PMA Districts team is proud to announce the graduates of the first-ever PMA District Leadership Mastermind Certification program, where participating district officers got together every other month for 60 minute lunchtime sessions to advance essential leadership skills in strategic planning, emotional intelligence, confident communication, and volunteer engagement. In partnership with Judy Bodenhamer of The Client Experience Group, the four-part online series is offered as added-value only to district officers. Participants applied what they learned to district activities, helping to strengthen district growth and deliver lasting value to PMA members.

The final session, and recognition ceremony, took place during the District Leadership Conference on June 26, 2025.
