Webinar | 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. ET

Is the human-centric organization the latest human-resource buzz or is it truly the way to lead an organization today? The workplace is complex and navigating the needs of six generations is an opportunity for HR to create powerful change. This webinar will discuss perspectives from industry thought leaders on key trends that organizations need to consider as they are reviewing their strategic priorities.

You will also learn how these HR trends can help to put the needs of its employees at the center of its operations. This means creating an environment that is supportive of individuals and their development, promoting an open and transparent culture, and encouraging meaningful work. Participants will participate in breakout sessions to discuss the benefits of having human-centric leadership that focuses on creating a work environment that is agile, collaborative, and values diversity and inclusion.

Join PMA on May 2 at 2:00 p.m. ET for a great presentation on the latest in HR trends.
