Webinar | 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. ET

Businesses are three times more likely to be sued by an employee than experience a fire. But like a devastating blaze, employee lawsuits could destroy your business. Yet, 70% of businesses do not carry coverage to help cover the costs of an employee claim and defense costs.

Learn how to avoid the pitfalls of employment actions! Join PMA on June 19 at 2:00 p.m. for a time and cost-saving webinar on Employment Practices Liability (EPLI) geared toward owners, managers and human resources personnel. We will be discussing the importance of protecting your company from employment-related claims, like wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. We will review necessary documentation, hiring practices and termination procedures. And we will touch on additional available resources and tips to help prevent litigation.

We hold this webinar in advance of National Insurance Awareness Day (June 28), created to remind people to review their insurance policies and make sure they have adequate coverage. Insurance can help protect companies, people, families and assets from unexpected events or emergencies.
