2025 District Community Engagement Awards – Celebrating Gold!
Congratulations to the PMA Chicago District for earning Gold status in our first-ever Community Engagement Awards! 
The Chicago District earned Gold for a powerful leadership transition over the past few years that re-energized supplier events, improved workforce engagement, and rebuilt trust through presence and consistency.
Accepted by Rich Wagy, District Chair, and Tom Hutchison, District Vice Chair, at the 2025 District Leadership Conference, their turnaround came from “focusing on rhythm, presence and action.” Their results show what happens when leadership invests in people—and follows through.
