Trillium Metal Stampings press shop is equipped with 18 automatic and manual punch presses ranging in size from 60 to 800 tons. All of our 11 automatic press lines have servo driven roll feeder lines that provide excellent accuracy and efficiency. Our diversity of press lines allows us to produce parts from 0.009” to 0.50” thick running CRS, HRS, galvanized, SS, aluminum and brass from coil, sheet or bar stock. Our facilty also features two 30 ton overhead cranes to handle our customers large & heavy coil requirements. To complement our stamping operations we have committed to providing a “one stop shop” experience by developing close relationships with local fabricators, platers, painters and heat treaters.
We also have welding and assembly operations. Our weld department capabilities include robotic mig welding, manual mig welding, resistance welding 75-400kva, projection nut welding, plasma welding and seam welding. The assembly department specializes in riveting, fastening, staking, gluing, taping, rotary forming and electrical termination. With our wide range of equipment and processes we are able to produce many different sizes and styles of assemblies and sub assemblies for our customers.
