Today, we have a standard line of threaded fittings that we refer to as “Welding Flanges.” Other people may call them by other names such as: bungs, metal pressings, and shield bosses, just to name a few. Essentially, these welding flanges are very similar in function to a half coupling.

CA Richardson is in its firth generation and manufactures its products entirely in the USA.
