Wauseon Machine has three divisions: Precision Machining, Robotic Automation and Tube Forming Equipment and Tooling. Precision Machining has over 100 CNCs with the ability to run one off parts or production volumes. We have lathe, Grind, Mill and production departments with over 500 years of tool maker experience. We produce product from 0.0625" diameter to 10 foot lengths with tolerances down to 0.0002" and Ra of 3. We have Wire and RAM EDMs, heat treat, 5-axis, Swiss and four multi-tasking CNCs. We deliver innovative solutions for tomorrow's manufacturing challenges.
