This popular fundraising event is the perfect place to make lasting business connections with local industry leaders. Bear Creek Golf Course will host the outing and is one of the top courses to play in Dallas.

Single Golfer

Foursome

• PMA Member: $800

• PMA Member/Nonmember - $50

Building Skills for Tomorrow Roundtable and Breakfast - Start your Lone Star golf day with a power breakfast and brainstorming to help the district bolster its local and regional workforce development. All golfers can attend at no charge. For more information, click here.

Sponsor the Outing

This is a major fundraiser for the PMA Lone Star District and is used to fund most of the district's activities throughout the year such as education, scholarships and many other programs to help benefit the local metalforming community.

Exclusive Sponsorships

• Breakfast Sponsorship - $1,500 - Sold Out
  PMA will provide signage and special recognition for our breakfast sponsor.
  
  
• Lunch Sponsorship - $2,000 - 1 Available
  Box lunches will be provided to all players. PMA will add a sticker with your company logo onto each boxed lunch. You will also have the option to add a business card to each box as well.
  
  
• Dinner Sponsorship - $3,000 - 1 Available
  PMA will provide signage, special recognition and a table to share information about your company during the dinner banquet! Feel free to bring up to two people to share information and premiums from your company.
  
  
• Swag Bag Sponsorship - $1,500 - 1 Available
  PMA will provide reusable swag bags branded for your company to be given to all golfers. PMA representative will reach out to you for design input / considerations.
  

Limited Sponsorships

• Tee Box Sponsorship - 12 Available - $350
  PMA will provide a sign at the Tee Box that will proudly display your company name as well as a $75 gift card from a local business to be raffled off in your name. Number available per company may be limited based on response.
  
  
• On-Course Hole Sponsorship - 6  Available - $850
  The same as tee box sponsorship, plus will also be allowed to have up to two people representing your company to hand out premiums as you choose. Tables, chairs and shade are available upon request. Games may be permitted at the discretion of the golf committee. 
  
  
• On-Course Bar Sponsorship - $1,500+ - 2 Available
  Minimum sponsorship contribution is $1,500. Sponsors may choose to increase their sponsorship amount. If you would like to increase your sponsorship amount, please contact Lara Dietrich for assistance.
  The golf course will set up a bar on a designated hole, provide signage for your company and allow up to two company representatives to interact with golfers and "Buy a round of beer or wine for the course!". Table, chairs and shade are available upon request.
  
  
• Closest to the Pin Competition Sponsorship - 1 Available - $350
  PMA will provide a sign at the Tee Box that will proudly display your company name as well as a $100 gift card to be presented to the winner of the Closest to the Pin competition.
  
  
• Longest Drive Competition Sponsorship (Men & Women's) - 2 Available - $350
  PMA will provide a sign at the Tee Box that will proudly display your company name as well as a $100 gift card to be presented to the winner of the Longest Drive competition.
  
  
• Golf Ball Toss Competition - $500 - SOLD OUT
  PMA will provide a sign at the Golf Ball Toss Competition that will proudly display your company name as well as a prize worth $500 to be presented to the winner of the Golf Ball Toss Competition.
  
  
• 1st Place Prize Sponsorship - $900 - 1 Available
  PMA will purchase prizes for the first place winners to receive, as well as a custom trophy with your company name listed as a sponsor.
  
  
• 2nd Place Prize Sponsorship - $500 - 1 Available
  PMA will purchase prizes for the second place winners to receive, as well as a custom trophy with your company name listed as a sponsor.
  
  
• 3rd Place Prize Sponsorship - $400 - 1 Available - SOLD OUT
  PMA will purchase prizes for the third place winners to receive, as well as a custom trophy with your company name listed as a sponsor.
  
  
• Mulligan Sponsor - $700 - SOLD OUT
  Logo placement on Mulligan Cards handed out to players
  Opportunity to include items in goodie bags handed out to all players. Must be approved by committee.
  

Unlimited Sponsorships

• Raffle Platinum - $700
  PMA will purchase a valuable prize to be raffled off on your behalf throughout the night.
  
  
• Raffle Gold  - $500
  PMA will purchase a valuable prize to be raffled off on your behalf throughout the night.
  
  
• Raffle Silver -  $250
  PMA will purchase a valuable prize to be raffled off on your behalf throughout the night.
  
  
• Buy a round of drinks for players - $1,500
  This cost will provide all players with an additional drink ticket to be redeemed during the tournament. You will receive recognition at the awards ceremony as a sponsor for the tournament.

Bear Creek has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the “Top 50 Resort Courses in America;" by Avid Golfer as the “Best Place To Host A Corporate Event;” and by The Wall Street Journal as one of the “10 Great Places to Golf.” The club has also played host to numerous amateur and professional golf events, including PGA Tour Qualifiers, the Texas State Open, the AJGA National Tournament, the PGA National Golf Series, and NTPGA Sectional tournaments.
