Blake Arroyo is a hardworking pre-apprentice toolmaker at Demsey Manufacturing, where he is gaining valuable hands-on experience in precision toolmaking with a specialization in eyelet tools. His current role has deepened his appreciation for accuracy and craftsmanship in manufacturing, reinforcing his desire to pursue a long-term career in the industry. 

Blake’s early exposure to toolmaking has helped him develop a strong foundation in machining and a deep respect for the level of detail required in high-precision manufacturing. He is particularly drawn to the challenge and reward of producing tools where even minor imperfections can impact performance. 

His career goals include completing a full journeyman apprenticeship and earning advanced certifications in machining and toolmaking. Blake is committed to continuous learning and plans to contribute to innovation within the manufacturing industry by staying current with evolving production techniques and technologies. He is dedicated to growing within the metalforming industry and views each opportunity as a step toward building a lasting and meaningful career in advanced manufacturing.
