F&G has thirty-five tool makers and four designers to design and/or build dies, gages, fixtures and specialty tooling. We can tryout dies up to 48 X 85" bed size and 350T. We also can run production stampings up to 350T and also Multi-slide stampings and Swiss turning work up to 1 1/4" diameter. F&G has a fully furnished tool room with wire and conventional EDM, jig grinding, 5-axis machining centers, laser etching, CNC mills and lathes and much more. Our lab is ISO 17025 accredited to certify the work we build and the plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified along with our environmental ISO 14001 certification.
