Maximize Your Training Budget and Upskill Your Workforce Now!

Receive up to $2,000 per person in training reimbursement.

What is TechCred?

TechCred helps Ohioans learn new skills and helps employers build a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy.

The program provides Ohio companies the opportunity to:
  • Receive up to $2,000/completed credential
(maximum of $30,000 per funding round)
  • Upskill current and future employees
  • Complete employee training online for faster productivity
  • Provide employees an industry-recognized credential

How Does TechCred Help You?

TechCred funds can be used to pay for the completed training of current and prospective employees! Companies who submit successful applications will be reimbursed, up to $2,000 per credential, when current or prospective employees complete a technology-focused credential. PMA Ohio-based members can utilize these funds toward per person, annual METALFORM EDU licenses, when an employee is identified to obtain a specific credential.

PMA courses are industry-specific and quickly get your people up to speed—so they’re ready to go to work, now! Below, PMA has identified specific PMA credentials that align with the principals of the Ohio TechCred program. Check METALFORM EDU now.

Why Use PMA’s METALFORM EDU?

The advantage to using METALFORM EDU to obtain your TechCred reimbursed credential is that for each annual license purchased to obtain that chosen credential, your employee has access to the entire EDU catalog for one year. So, during that timeframe, once they complete the TechCred credential, they can continue to upskill through METALFORM EDU, and be even more productive, at no additional cost.
