Remote Online Notarization for Members
PMA offers Remote Online Notarization (RON)—the newest and most secure method for getting documents notarized—free to member companies. With remote notarization, a signer appears before the notary using a computer or smart phone. The process is convenient and legally binding, and your information is safe and protected.
RON is offered through a secure portal using SIGNix software.
PMA’s notary is based in Ohio. Note that the following states do not recognize, or have limitations on, online notarization: AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, IL, KS, MA, ME, MS, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, OR, RI, SD, WV.
