WHO ATTENDS MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY?

The Management Development Academy is designed exclusively for department supervisors, team leaders and mid-level managers looking to advance their business and leadership acumen.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION FEE?

• (3) 2.5-day sessions that take place in various cities throughout the United States
• All general meeting sessions, which also include one lunch, two breakfasts, and two networking receptions/dinners per session
• 9 educational segments total
• Multiple workshop sessions and activities led by the group facilitator
• Pre-reading course recommendations
• Final capstone assignment that allows you to apply teachings to your real life. Once completed, you will receive a graduation plaque.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Registration substitutions within your company are permitted. We are not responsible for travel difficulty due to weather conditions. Travel insurance is recommended. Should the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic cause postponement to a session, PMA will try to ensure the make-up dates fit within attendee’s availability. In the case that an attendee is not available for a make-up date, attendee will be able to make up that session in a subsequent MDA class. No refunds will be issued.
