PMA's West Michigan District is excited to bring its 15th Annual Executive Roundtable to Grand Rapids on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. This annual event brings together dozens of metalforming industry executives for a morning of networking, idea sharing, discussions and brainstorming on the business topics most pressing to metalformers.
Our keynote presentations this year will address Washington, D.C. political updates and PMA happenings, including PMA’s workforce development program initiatives. We will kick off our session with a political update from John Guzik, founding partner of The Franklin Partnership, who works with PMA and member companies to analyze, develop and execute legislative strategies in Washington, D.C. David Klotz, PMA’s president, will then share how PMA is assisting its member companies toward superior competitiveness and profitability. Finally, Ted Alberta, president and CEO of Portland Products and PMA West Michigan District board chair, will share what the district is doing and how you can participate.
The second half of our time together will offer a perfect opportunity to discuss these and other related topics affecting metalformers. Past sessions have addressed organizational structure, expansion and growth, data analytics advancements, cyber security, technology advancements, and workforce training and development to name a few. Please come with your thoughts and ideas to share.
