Founded in 1946, PRESCO has grown to an 75,000 sq. ft. facility manufacturing precision stamped products for a variety of industries. Over the course of time, we have continued to develop and demonstrate excellence in the engineering, tooling, and production skills that are required in the modern stamping industry. Our roots are in the practice of deep drawn (deep draw) stampings for which we have more than 2,000 different designs to draw experience from. Our in-house team is capable of designing, die making, and then producing your required stampings from a variety of Minster straight-side presses, Baird Deep draw transfer presses, and Waterbury deep draw eyelet presses. We utilize only equipment proven for its efficiency and consistency in producing quality products for your needs. We continue to challenge ourselves in developing new stamping techniques that improve quality, efficiency, and expand stamping as a production method. We have also expanded into secondary options involving light assembly and additional part features that are a better fit for an offline (secondary) process. We are happy to review any designs for manufacturing feasibility and fit to our capabilities. When designs are not a fit, we enjoy helping to point teams in the direction of a company or process that is a better fit.
