Matthew Warren Spring has been providing custom springs, and carbon composite disc springs since 1928. With a team of expert engineers, Matthew Warren can support your full project lifecycle starting from design and prototyping through to full-scale production.

We use automation to efficiently manufacture products from high-alloy materials up to 1.875 inches in diameter and produce hot-coiled springs with outside diameters up to 9 inches and free lengths up to 39 inches. For other projects, we offer hand coiling and smaller quantities to support large bar diameters of 2.25 inches and bar lengths of 27 inches.
