Industry 4.0 is a buzzword that has been around for quite some time, but are you taking the right steps to get there? Without examining and measuring the data, it’s difficult to increase productivity, improve process reliability and anticipate problems. Adoption and implementation of data-driven stamping operations has been fragmented in the stamping world for a variety of reasons. For example, the challenges between high-volume/low-mix and low-volume/high-mix are vastly different. In this presentation, we’ll cover practical steps toward a more data-driven manufacturing process.
